Before submitting a claim
Review the issued bond or policy carefully. The claimant must comply with its specific presentation, validity, documentary and procedural requirements.
Bond claim documents
- Formal claim document or written demand.
- Copy of the issued bond and relevant transaction documents.
- Supporting evidence required by the bond wording.
- Alliance Salam's signed confirmation evidence concerning completion or compliance with the obligations stated in the indemnity, where applicable.
- Any additional hard-copy evidence expressly required by the issued bond.
Hard-copy submission
The claims process is focused on hard-copy documentation. SWIFT, BIC, MT messages and purely electronic demand mechanisms are not presented on this website as accepted claim channels.
Portal claim page
Beneficiaries may begin the submission process through the public claim page available on the client portal. The portal submission does not itself confirm validity, acceptance or payment of a claim.
